This is a Totally Custom, 100% built by me, Free Website Builder. Users can create a website in less that 5 min. After I built this I became extremely busy with some freelance projects and then full time employment so I wasn't able to tend to it much. Unfortunately there are so many sites on there the server can't handle anymore so I had to turn off any more sign-ups! At least until I can move to a better server.
