I came on this project about half way through it's development. I added the "Front Page Rotating Image", the "Latest News" feature, the "Photo Gallery", and re-structured the base site (the client requested to "re-structure" after completion which mean moving areas of the site around). I also supported the client the first year of the websites launch to add a couple small features and help them on managing the site.
